Many state and public administration organisations need to ensure reliable and secure operation of information systems that manage their economic, financial and personnel data, as well as the operation of the electronic filing system. PragoData a.s. is a partner for the implementation, support and development of the GINIS Enterprise+ platform from the manufacturer GORDIC, for which PragoData a.s. also carries out its own development, support and development of agendas at its development site in Česká Lípa.
Since 2018, PragoData a.s. has been providing the City of Prague, alongside other companies, with complete software development and integration services, including an electronic filing service. The City of Prague has been using the unified GINIS Enterprise+ platform for its administrative and economic activities for a long time, as an essential part of the so-called Unified Economic Information System and the electronic filing service system of the City of Prague (“JEKIS”), which, in addition to the information environment of the City of Prague, also includes the City Police of the City of Prague. The information environment of HMP contributory organisations (“HMP PO”), 57 City Districts of the Capital City of Prague (“MČ”) and contributory organisations of the City Districts of the Capital City of Prague (“PO MČ”), while for MČ 23-57 the operation of the system is provided within the HMP Data Centres (“DC HMP”).
Similarly, since 2019, the company has been providing professional services for the maintenance, development and support of users of EKIS (Economic Information System), the key information system for the performance of agendas and processes of the Regional Office of the Central Bohemian Region, operated on the GINIS ENTERPRISE+ platform. Services include delivery of new software licences, analysis and documentation processing, optimisation of licences including related services, provision of basic and extended support and continuous development of the information system modules based on web technologies, integration with other information systems and connection to the basic registers ROB, ROS and RÚIAN.
